At Søstuen, we source ingredients from our own kitchen garden and collaborate with producers in the local area. With us, the focus is on locally sourced farm food, often with a modern twist.

The menu changes continuously based on ingredient availability, but soups, pies, cardamom buns, brownies, and locally roasted coffee from Skogen Kafferøsteri are always on the menu.
